Katahdin – Hamlin – Knife Edge

These are some of the earliest pictures I have from hiking, at least once I started carrying a camera.  This was back in college when I was at the University of Maine Orono and Baxter State Park was only 45 minutes away.  It is the only time I’ve hiked Hamlin Peak and the Knife’s Edge.  At the time this was the hardest hike I had ever done and really gave me the bug to keep exploring the outdoors.
